By hiring smart, accountable, and passionate people, Bob Webster and his team have grown Accutemp from a small residential/commercial HVAC company to become one of the most respected companies in the greater Boston area - while still having a family-like culture.

Apprenticship Program Highlights
Why start your HVAC career with Accutemp Engineering? We grow your skills, empower your curiosity, and discover your impact. During our apprenticeship program, you will work alongside experienced technicians to learn how to install, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
As an apprentice, you'll get hands-on experience:
- Assisting with residential or commercial HVAC diagnostic services and finishing with repairs.
- Assisting with residential or commercial HVAC installations.
- Learning diagnostics and maintenance procedures.
- Understanding blueprint reading and code compliance.
- Practicing soldering, wiring, and piping.
- With tools and safety practices.
